Remember that in my last post I told you that positivity could easily be cultivated? Here’s a simple way to do it!!! At the end of the day, sit down in a secluded spot of your choice with a pen and a paper. Try to recollect three incidents that made you feel positive. Next day, repeat this exercise. But remember, the three things you write down on day 2 should not be a repetition of the incidents from day 1. They should be fresh. Continue this for 3 weeks and you will notice yourself being positive. This was introduced to me by my Professor Dr. Eva Kirner. I did this for 2 weeks and I could already see myself appreciating small things from a simple home cooked meal to a smile from my toddler. Do this! Become positive! Make a change in you and around you!!!
